Return & Refund Policy
3-Days Easy Return
We offer a 3-days return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- All tags and accessories should be intact.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Damaged items caused after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product photos
- Package photos
We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bloomlivv will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
